About Us
Venkatanarayana is the CEO of K12 Techno Services Pvt Ltd. He is a post graduate in Chemistry from Banaras Hindu University. With a teaching experience of 25 years at various levels, he is at the helm of operations at K12. With his vast experience in K12 segment, he initiated quality education at affordable price by starting a Junior College in Vijayawada in 1984. With the positive response from the students’ and parents’ community, the group (Schools, Junior Colleges, International School) expanded into Hyderabad in 1998 and to other parts of Andhra Pradesh from 2005 onwards. With 55 schools and 10 Junior Colleges, Venkatanarayana is the crucial member for the growth plan, envisioned.
MSC Srikanth, Director
Srikanth is the Director with K12 Techno Services Pvt Ltd, where, he is heading the New Projects. Srikanth received MBA from University of Wales and also holds a BE in Computer Science and Engineering from University of Madras. Srikanth joined the group in 2001 and helped the group to grow into multi branch organization by administering various departments during setting up of all Schools and Junior Colleges in various parts of Andhra Pradesh.
M. Bharath, Director
Bharath is the Director at K12 Techno Services Pvt Ltd. After graduating from Ohio State University, he joined the group in 2006. Played a crucial role in establishing schools and also administered day to day operations of schools and junior colleges. With his exposure to various Schools around the world, Bharath has been the guiding factor in implementing the technological advancements in all the schools.
GV Ravi Shankar - Director
Ravi Shankar is a Managing Director with Sequoia Capital India. At Sequoia Capital, Ravi Shankar focuses on sectors like Consumer, Financial Services and Education. He currently serves on the board of Via, Glocal Healthcare, K12 Techno Services, Prataap Snacks and ISFC. Prior to joining Sequoia Capital, Ravi Shankar worked at McKinsey & Company in Mumbai, where he advised senior management of top Indian companies on a variety of issues including business building, channel management and leadership development. Prior to McKinsey, Ravi Shankar worked at Wipro Technologies in their Embedded and Internet Access division. Ravi Shankar received an MBA from Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad where he was awarded the President’s Gold Medal. He also holds a BE in Computer Science and Engineering from REC Trichy.
Mr. Gnanesh (Sunil) Gala - Director
Mr. Gnanesh (alias Sunil) Gala, is the President (Finance) at Navneet Publications (India) Limited and has over 2 decades of experience in Finance & Corporate Affairs. Soon after graduation, he shouldered the responsibility of managing the key areas of finance and taxation of the group, under compelling circumstances. It was at his initiative that the partnership form of business blossomed into a corporate entity, bringing in its wake enhanced transparency and shareholder value. As President - Finance, Mr. Sunil Gala has taken several initiatives to accelerate the company's top-line and bottom-line growth. At his instance, Navneet is attempting to capitalize on the emerging Technology in education, such as e-Learning, with a concerted effort to eliminate the traditional line between education and entertainment for children. Mr. Gala also heads the M&A team at Navneet and has been instrumental in aggressively pursuing inorganic growth options for Navneet.
Mr. Mohinder Pal Bansal - Director
Mr. Mohinder Pal Bansal, is a designated partner in Navneet Learning LLP. He has over 30 years of experience in M&A, strategic advisory, capital markets, portfolio company integration as well as post-acquisition performance management in India, Asia and Europe. He has advised corporates in multiple sectors including logistics, auto components, manufacturing, realty, banking, education and IT. He has significant hands-on operational experience managing corporate entities as well as in conducting due diligence, structuring and negotiating transactions. Mohinder has also advised private equity firms in India on improving the performance of their portfolio companies. He recently led the Allcargo Global Logistics team in negotiating PE investments and also acquiring Belgian logistics company, EcuHold NV, where he took the position of group CFO. He was later named Vice Chairman of the EcuLine and was instrumental in their structuring and successful integration with Allcargo. Mohinder is a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Punjab.
